Step 1: Choose Recovery Method
Similar with recovering your lost data from iOS device, retrieving deleted content from iTunes backup works alike. When opening Omni Recover, choose your situation first. Usually when your iOS device is not available, the program will suggest your to recover from iTunes backup.

Step 2: Choose iTunes Backup
Omni Recover shows three details to help you verify your device. You can identify your device by its device name, serial number, and iOS version. If this is the device you want to recover iOS data from, then click Next to continue.

Step 3: Choose The File Types
Choose the file types you'd like to recover from your iTunes backup. Omni Recover is capable of retrieving your deleted messages, photos, contacts, notes and probably all your important iOS data on your iPhone or other iOS devices. After you determined and checked the file you'd like to recover, click Next to continue.

Step 4: Choose Data Item To Recover
After Omni Recover finished analyzing your device's backup, you'll be able to view the specific items that are ready for recovery. You can sort the items by Deleted/Existing. Check the item(s) you want to recover and click Export.

Step 5: Browse Exported Data
When you see this window, it means Omni Recover has successfully retrieved your iOS data. Click the tip in result window and you can browse the exported file on your computer.
